* 9:30 a.m. start
* Fitness walks of up to an hour and a half at a steady pace
with built-in pauses
* Sharing the pleasure of trails, parks and pedestrian byways
* For safety and the need to stay together in one group, numbers of
participants may be limited
* Social time after the walks to be decided by the participants
