The next series of brisk group walks will begin on Friday, January 12th and will continue on alternate Friday mornings, rain or shine, starting at 9:30 a.m., with an optional café stop after each walk. The walks, which cover a range of terrain in the Greater Victoria area, are run on a ‘come-when-you-can’ basis. The goals are fresh air, exercise, socializing and getting to know a bit more about our lovely city as we go.

To be added to the existing emailing list to receive details of where to meet and route descriptions, please send your contact information to the volunteer leader, Juliet Simon, at jhsimon@shaw.ca.
