The Victoria International Jewish Film Festival (VIJFF) is looking for a Festival Coordinator to help bring the 2026 festival to life.
Now entering its 12th year, VIJFF is a six-day celebration of film, dialogue, and community, held each October at the Vic Theatre in Victoria. The Festival Coordinator plays a key role in making the event run smoothly—supporting logistics, coordinating guests and volunteers, managing systems, and helping transform great programming into welcoming public events.
This is a contract position (April–December 2026) totaling approximately 260–300 hours at $37.50/hour, working with a collaborative team of festival co-directors and volunteers.

In celebration of the Jewish holiday of Purim, home-made Hamentashen will be on sale at the JCCV Lox, Stock and Bagel Deli on Tuesday, March 3rd until they are sold out. Apricot, prune, & poppyseed. $10.00 per half-dozen package of Hamentashen. No preorders.
The Deli is open Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Purim begins on the evening of Monday, March 2nd and ends at nightfall, Tuesday, March 3rd.
