The District of Saanich has notified the JCCV that construction will be starting on Phase 3 of the Shelbourne Valley Action Plan on October 1st and is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete. Phase 3 will affect Shelbourne Street between Pear Street and Garnet Road. During construction, there will be regular lane closures along Shelbourne Street. Our driveway from Shelbourne Street may be inaccessible for a short period of time. Access to the Centre from Church Street will remain open. Disruption to water services will occur during construction. We will be notified a minimum of 24 hours prior to any planned water shutoffs. The Centre and Deli will remain open during construction and we will inform you of any notifications from Saanich that impact the use of the Centre.
